The sale between dnashrts.com and the buyer is subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing orders through dnashrts.com, it is presumed that you have read, comprehended, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. Should you find any aspect of the Terms & Conditions unacceptable, please contact DNA at info@dnashrts.com before proceeding with your order.

Delivery

All orders are dispatched using DHL Express.* Upon the shipment of your order from the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress on https://www.dhl.com. Delivery times are estimated based on DHL services, and timely delivery relies on DHL’s adherence to day-to-day delivery schedules. DNA will not be held accountable for courier-related delays. Delivery estimates are contingent on working/business days and do not cover import costs that may be applicable upon the arrival of purchased goods in the destination country. Shipping rates are subject to change based on the country. Shipping times vary by selection:

EU: 1-2 days – €19
SWITZERLAND, NORWAY, UK: 1-2 days – €29
INTERNATIONAL: 3-6 days – €39
* HUNGARY: 1-2 days – €9. We use MPL for shipment within Hungary. You can track your shipment with the received tracking number on https://www.posta.hu/nyomkovetes. Delivery times are estimated based on MPL services, DNA will not be held accountable for courier-related delays.

Prices, taxes and payments

All prices, denominated in Euro, are retail prices and include Hungarian VAT. For non-European countries, particularly those with exemptions under free trade agreements with the EU, the stated price does not cover customs, import duties, or VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices for any items without prior notice.

Discount codes, texts cannot be combined with each other and are applicable only to full-priced items.

Given the variability of customs policies among countries, we cannot predict these charges, and therefore DNA will not be held accountable for any taxes, duties, import fees, or custom fees incurred once the purchased DNA products arrive in your country.

We gladly accept various payment methods, including most major credit cards and PayPal, all processed through the secure Stripe payment system. DNA ensures the encryption of all your card information using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, guaranteeing that unauthorized individuals cannot access your card number or other details during transactions with Stripe. To maintain a high level of security for our customers, we may request additional communication from the buyer if we suspect a fraudulent order.The total amount, comprising the cost of your purchased items and shipping fees as indicated on the website, will be charged to your credit card.

When ordering DNA products from our site for delivery outside the EU, please be aware that they may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed when the delivery reaches the specified destination. It is your responsibility to cover the payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Additionally, it is essential to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country to which the DNA products are destined. We will not be held liable for any breach of these laws on your part.

Please note the following:

Refused Shipments: If DNA products are refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country, we reserve the right to deduct the costs incurred for the return shipment from any refund due to the customer.
Shipping Costs: The returned product will not be accepted if the sender does not cover shipping costs.

Stock

All products on DNASHRTS.com are crafted from available textiles and accessories currently in stock unless marked ‘Out of Stock.’ We reserve the right to cancel a delivery or order if the stock quantity and/or price was inaccurately represented at the time of order placement. If we cannot fulfill the order in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, we will contact you to discuss cancellation options.

Shirt colours

The colors of shirts on DNASHRTS.com may vary depending on the viewing monitor and can differ across monitors. We have made efforts to accurately display textile and accessory colors. Note that all DNA products are made from 100% organic cotton of the highest quality and must be treated according to care label instructions. Keep in mind that colored mother-of-pearl buttons may be sensitive to washing and can lose some brightness over time.

Sizes

DNA offers two cut categories: cool fit (slim) and smart fit (regular) with size ranges from 37-44, detailed in the attached size chart. Additionally, DNA provides the “my fit” cut, tailored to the individual measurements of customers following our „measure guide video” tutorial.

Right of withdrawal

Products purchased from DNASHRTS.com come with a 14-day return period from the customer’s receipt date. Discounted/sale items are eligible for return only for store credit. If dissatisfied with your purchase, return the goods in their original packaging. The purchase price will be refunded to the purchaser’s account only after DNA approves the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Right to complain

DNA provides a two-year right to complain under the Sale of Goods Act, covering defects in manufacture and materials during normal item use.

Complaints regarding defects must be communicated to DNA within 14 days, after which items may be returned for repair, exchange, or reimbursement if agreed upon.

This right does not extend to defects, damages, or wear and tear resulting from improper use, poor maintenance, violence, or unauthorized operations.

Returns Policy

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase or need to return a product due to a claim, please send the item back to us in its original packaging, including hangtags and shirtbag, within 14 days of receiving it. Sale or discounted items are eligible for return only in exchange for store credit. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition as received, with the original packaging intact. When returning the item, include the original invoice, which is included in all purchases.

Upon successful approval and receipt of your returned item by DNA, the purchase price will be refunded to your account. In the case of sale or discounted items, the purchase price will be issued as store credit. Please note that import taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable, even in the case of a partial return.

For your convenience, we suggest using a courier service with easy tracking, as the sender is responsible for return shipping expenses until the product reaches our warehouse. Once we receive the returned package, we will promptly process the return and inform you of the next steps via email. All returned products undergo examination and control by DNA.

Return of DNA products

For any DNA product returns, please reach out to us at info@dnashrts.com before initiating the return process. We will assist you promptly and provide the necessary information for a smooth return procedure.

Claims Process

Should you wish to file a claim for a purchased item, kindly return the product to us along with a completed Returns Form and any relevant details pertaining to the claim. It is imperative to include the original invoice to verify that the return falls within the specified timeframe. Until the goods reach our warehouse, they remain under your responsibility.

Upon receiving the item, we will assess the claim, considering factors such as Natural Wear and Tear, Improper Use, Third-Party Interference, Natural Disasters, or damage unrelated to production or quality. In instances where the issue falls under these categories, we may not proceed with a replacement or repair. If applicable, we will propose either repairing the item or replacing it with a new one, provided it is in stock. The preference will be given to repairing the product, and we will promptly communicate our decision to you.

It’s important to note that delivery of packages may take up to 30 days. Refunds, contingent on your bank or card issuer, may also take up to 30 days to reflect. Please be aware that we will not accept returned products if the sender does not cover shipping costs. Force majeure

We reserve the right to invoke force majeure in circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, blockades, war, warlike events, civil war, revolution, government sanctions, natural disasters, or similar events. In such cases, the agreement may not need to be fulfilled, either partially or entirely. We will make efforts to notify you in the unexpected event of force majeure.
